Music / Podcast
The Bilby + Ella Show is a Nashville-based music podcast dedicated to unpacking a creative’s purpose, the songwriting process, and the realities of building a meaningful career in music. Hosted by songwriters William Ham and Hill Elliott, each episode bridges the gap between aspiring creatives and the artists, industry professionals, and legends who have come before them.
Every conversation goes beyond surface-level advice, diving into breakthroughs, setbacks, and the moments of clarity that shape both artistry and life.
Our Role: Official podcast marketing partner

Project Overview
When William and Hill set out to launch The Bilby + Ella Show, they knew what they wanted:
Thoughtful, high-level conversations. A polished and consistent visual identity. And a show that gave real meaning to navigating the creative journey and building a life in music.
But what they didn’t have was the internal capability to execute on that vision at scale.
They needed a creative partner who understood storytelling, audience psychology, and how to package long-form conversations into compelling content across platforms. A team who could step in after recording and reliably deliver high-quality clips, graphics, and social content on a consistent cadence.
That’s where we came in.
The Challenge
Social Media Management + Clip Editing

What We Did
Content Strategy
Creating episode thumbnails and YouTube chunk video thumbnails
Designing teaser graphics and additional long-form YouTube chunk videos
Our strategy was anchored in our Clip-to-Community framework.
Rather than chasing trends for the sake of virality, we focused on identifying moments within each episode that were emotionally resonant and deeply relevant to The Bilby + Ella Show’s audience: young songwriters, new Nashville transplants, and creatives hungry for insight into the real creative process.
Each clip was selected to:
Highlight a message that resonates with emerging music industry professionals
Open with a compelling emotional hook within the first 3–5 seconds
Emphasize the rawness of the creative journey, including setbacks, doubt, and growth
We consistently asked:
Would this inspire someone to keep going?
If this were their first exposure to the show, would they want to watch more?
This intentional curation turned each episode into a multi-platform storytelling engine.

What We Learned
When creators are freed from the responsibility of editing and posting their own content, the quality of their work improves.
Giving clients the space to focus on storytelling and relationship-building results in:
Better conversations
Stronger guest opportunities
More authentic content that resonates on both short-form and long-form platforms
Successful podcast growth requires more than clips. It requires a creative strategist who understands the audience, knows how to package stories with intention, and builds systems that allow creators to show up consistently.
This is exactly what we did for The Bilby + Ella Show, and it is the same approach we bring to every podcast we partner with.
If you’re a podcaster or creator looking to grow your audience, reduce creative burnout, and build real momentum around your message, we’d love to help you do the same.
Let’s build something meaningful together.
