Project Overview
Matt and Marie-Claire had the message, calling, and on-camera presence to support a podcast rooted in faith and discipleship. What they lacked was the infrastructure and execution system needed to launch and operate the show at a high level.
To steward the message well and reach people consistently, they needed:
A clear content and distribution strategy
A repeatable system for publishing at scale
Brand consistency across platforms
A team to carry the weekly creative and operational load
The goal was not simply to post clips, but to push their message to the masses predictably, consistently, and with excellence.
The Challenge
Social Media Management + Clip Editing
Managed all social media platforms end to endWrote copy and optimized posts for reach and retentionScheduled and published content consistently
Cut 6 to 8 short-form podcast clips per episode with branded hooks, captions, and end cards
Distributed podcast episodes across platforms
What We Did
Content Strategy
Created supplemental content including inspirational graphics and long-form segment/clip videos
Designed episode thumbnails and long-form chunk video thumbnails
Repurposed previously viral Christian dating clips that helped build Matt and Marie-Claire’s early TikTok audience
Our strategy was simple and intentional.
Using our Clip-to-Community framework, we selected and packaged moments from each episode designed to emotionally connect with the target audience, specifically seekers, young believers, and those curious about faith.
Every clip was selected to:
Highlight a message that resonates with both believers and seekers
Open with a strong emotional hook within the first 3 to 5 seconds
Reflect the boldness, joy, and authenticity of the Mitchells
Encourage curiosity, conversation, and sharing
Before publishing, we asked two key questions:
Would this inspire someone to share the good news?
If this was someone’s first time encountering the podcast, would they want to watch more?
This ensured every piece of content served both the mission and the algorithm.

What We Learned
New podcasts don’t grow by accident.
If you want long-form content or a podcast to reach new audiences, you need an intentional social strategy and a clear story you are trying to tell. AI-generated or purely automated clips are not enough. Growth requires human, story-driven decision making.
That means:
Selecting moments that emotionally connect
Optimizing clips, captions, and visuals for the audience
Showing up consistently
Maintaining a strong and recognizable visual identity
It also pays to have a creative strategist who understands both your audience and your mission, and who can build a system that supports long-term growth instead of short-term spikes.
This is exactly what we implemented for Meet the Mitchells, and it’s the same framework we bring to every podcast we partner with.
